Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zmgcosmeticsllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess next steps.

SHIPPING Policy
Processing: Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
Carrier: USPS.
Delivery: 3–5 business days after processing (times may vary).
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
