As much as we love good company, the answer is no, boo. 💕 To keep the vibe focused and relaxing, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment.

Life happens — you’ve got a 10-minute grace period ⏰.

• After 10 minutes: a $15 late fee applies.

• After 15 minutes: your appointment will be canceled, and half of the service fee will be charged.
  Pro tip: plan to arrive 5 minutes early so we can start slaying right on time.

• Deposits are always non-refundable.

• To reschedule, send me a DM 24 hours in advance (@zoelmguerrero).

• Same-day cancellations = charged half the service fee.
