Yes, babe! ✨ A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your appointment. The balance is due in cash the day of your service. Please note: deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

As much as we love good company, the answer is no, boo. 💕 To keep the vibe focused and relaxing, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment.

Life happens — you’ve got a 10-minute grace period ⏰.
After 10 minutes: a $15 late fee applies.
After 15 minutes: your appointment will be canceled, and half of the service fee will be charged.
Pro tip: plan to arrive 5 minutes early so we can start slaying right on time.

Same-day cancellations = charged half the service fee.
No-shows = charged the full service fee + banned from future bookings. 🚫
If you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, you won’t be charged extra, but you’ll need to pay a new depositto rebook.
